November Update:

Hi everyone,

This fall, we’ve been heads down, revamping Gauge with new features you’ve been asking for. We’re excited to share these improvements with you!

We’re also launching a consulting arm to help teams run customer success seamlessly in Salesforce. Expect free resources to roll out as we build out this service.

As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or feedback.

Cheers,

New Feature - View Objective Data Alongside Customer Sentiment

Many of you have been asking for this feature, and we’re excited to bring it to life! You can now view objective data points alongside sentiment to provide a more holistic view of customer health. Key data points include:

  • Objective Data (e.g. Product Usage)
  • Communication Activity (Tracks Emails & Calls)
  • Case Activity (Monitors Support Tickets)

New Feature - Unified Health Score (Beta)

Last week, we launched our new Unified Health Score feature in Gauge! Now, you can build a customized health score for each account by selecting the components you want to include. For example, if you don’t use cases, you can simply exclude them from the score. We’re looking for users to trial this feature, so please reach out or book a call with me if you’re interested!

Free Resource - Renewal Architecture eBook

We spent a month creating this resource to help you understand the basics of renewal architecture in Salesforce. This is a comprehensive Notion eBook, complete with YouTube videos and visuals to guide you through the process from start to finish. It’s especially useful if you’re considering a custom in-house solution and want to avoid the cost of a tool like CPQ.

We’re also offering free consulting assessment calls for anyone interested in diving deeper. And if you’d like to work with us more closely, paid consulting options are available too.
